Iām a former high school coach and Iāve been coaching softball and baseball for about 17 years. I was also a collegiate strength coach before I started working in public schools.Ā
Iām a big believer in teaching fundamentals and developing a high softball IQ. We want to teach players to make routine plays with ease so they can see the bigger picture and think on the fly. I also think itās important to allow kids at this age to play multiple sports if they want so we try to structure practices to try and avoid any conflicts with school sports as much as possible.Ā
Players can expect to learn advanced techniques and important intricacies to take their level of play to a higher level with us. If youāre looking for a positive and motivating environment, looking further.
